Healthcare Assistant Palliative Care - Band 3 Full time, permanent role Due to internal promotion on qualifying as a band 4 (trust funded and supported) we are really excited to offer this opportunity to join our expanding and developing community palliative care team As a band 3 healthcare assistant, the post holder will work as part of the community palliative care team and undertake a broad range of nursing support duties relating to the care of patients with end-of-life care needs in the place where they live, usually their own homes.
